  • I have this setup on my gravel bike with the Quick Grip for my phone. Every time I hit any bump whatsoever the ball connected to the strap loses its position and the phone ends up facing whichever direction gravity wills it. Is there a tightness adjustment for the ball so it won't move inside the cup? I don't see any but maybe I'm missing something. There is what looks like a bunch of adhesive residue on it though. Is that my only option to keep it still...some glue?

    I would not suggest glue. There should have been an adhesive rubber pad to help from slipping. You might need a new one. I would suggest filling out our WARRANTY FORM.
