Do you make this with a C size ball?

No, the GoPro action camera adapter only comes with a B size ball however you can connect that adapter to a C size ball using a RAP-BC-201U. That swiveling double socket arm has a B size socket on one end and a C size socket on the other.
It came with two screws a silver and a black, what's the black one for? The pictures show the silver being used to mount cameras.

It comes with both screws to accommodate different size action cameras, but you only need one.

Will this work with a Motorsports cam THINKWARE M1 camera?

The THINKWARE M1 looks like it also uses the three pronged action cam mount, it should work with our ball adapter!
